Honestly, I'm tired of buying all the expensive make-up like MAC, Clinique, Benefit, etc.I've decided to try to less expensive make-up first before I try anything expensive anymore.I'm looking for a foundation that covers good, and doesn't cause acne, if anyone has used max factor can you give me feedback on that make-up or any others that are good???:D hope i helped.I love L'Oreal!!I have their powder and it makes my skin look like porcelain and doesn't cause acne at all.It lasts long as well.It works just as good as MAC but it is not expensive.I really do love L'Oreal I had a hard time finding something with good coverage and no acne problems and then I found L'Oreal and I haven't switched back.

I love the L'oreal Bare Naturale powder foundation. It has a creamy matte finish to it that makes your skin look super smooth, and it has really good coverage.I have combination skin with a few dark spots and blemishes and it doesn't feel heavy or make me break out when i wear it and it covers everything.

I had max factor foundation and i don't really like it, it didn't blend well with my skin. Mineral foundation is the best, these are free from preservatives, perfumes, and oils so healthier for your skin, it is light too so doesn't clog pores and gives great coverage without feeling heavy or looking plastered on.If you suffer from spots this is perfect as it covers swelling and scaring but it won't cause spots as much as other foundations do.It's been popular for years with the natural living folks, they avoid products with harmful ingredients and tend to be better informed so great for beauty advice, and now all major brands seem to be following their lead by bringing out mineral ranges so they are easier to find in stores.

I recommend Bare Minerals SPF15 Foundation from Bare Essentials, it is a little more pricey but lasts a long time.Otherwise I'm currently using Maybelline Pure Foundation Mineral which is cheaper but works just as well and is very light. If you live in the US I believe Maybelline also have a pressed powder version, it should be here in the UK soon. There are many mineral foundations available online, such as Bare Minerals http://www.bareminerals.com which is the fist mineral brand I used, and I love their setting powder as it keeps foundation on for longer.

Another suggestion if you want something light and natural is to try tinted moisturizers, they are hard to find as self-tan moisturizers are more popular, but Nivea Visage Young Be Beautiful is great and cheap too.Use this as moisturizer, then use a light cover of mineral foundation, it evens out tone without having to bog your skin down, then powder sets your make-up and prevents shine.
